This is a 2009 Pu'Er that has been picked and processed green, classified as a raw tea. Because of the eight years of ageing so far it is naturally starting to change from a green to a fermented cooked style of Pu'Er. It has a lovely tawny tea liquor with a full bodied non-astringent taste, crisp and lively. A nice tea for those who like stronger flavours. Medicinally good for digestion, lowering cholesterol and blood circulation.
