This loose variety of Pu'Er is sun-dried after its plucked. The green leaves give it a semi-fermented nature holding active enzymes within its constitution that doesn't get deactivated with further processing. The taste is similar to stronger Green Tea without the astringency but with the health properties Pu'Er Tea is famous for; digestion and immune bolstering.
